The first six months of your puppy’s life are critical — this is when they absorb everything about the world! Our puppy imprinting program provides a structured, positive start to your dog’s life, setting the foundation for obedience, socialization, and future performance training.
During this 2-week program, your puppy will learn that training is fun while being gently introduced to the basics of life and learning.
Our experienced trainers focus on:
- Teaching eye contact and attentiveness
- Introducing the five basic obedience commands: Sit, Down, Here, Heel, and Place
- Encouraging respect during leash walks
- Reducing common puppy behaviors like jumping, biting, scratching, pulling, and snatching treats
For puppies who may join our gun dog or performance retriever programs in the future, this is where early exposure to water, birds, gunfire, and field training begins — setting them up for success in more advanced training later.
