Cour’s Retrievers provides professional dog training, specializing in puppy training, obedience training, gun dog training, performance retriever training, pointing training for both family companions and working dogs. Located in Ledbetter, Texas, our programs are designed to build confident, focused, and reliable dogs through consistent structure, proven methods, and individualized attention.

Whether your dog is beginning with puppy imprinting, advancing through obedience, or developing as a hunting or performance retriever, our training programs are tailored to each dog’s goals and abilities. We work with family dogs and sporting dogs alike, offering structured routines that promote long-term success, reliability in the field, and confidence at home.

 Our brand new training facility sits on 122 acres of quiet countryside in Ledbetter, Texas, providing an ideal environment for focused training and quality care. The facility includes 48 spacious kennels designed with both comfort and performance in mind. It is fully insulated with heated floors, climate-conscious airflow, and surrounding fans to support year-round dog training and luxury boarding.

Dogs enjoy access to secure outdoor yards for potty breaks and enrichment throughout the day, while experienced staff live on-site and provide 24/7 supervision for added peace of mind. During the summer months, our sporting and performance dogs travel to North Dakota to continue gun dog and retriever training in a cooler climate, allowing for longer sessions, increased focus, and uninterrupted progress.
